The Home is situated in the beautiful Villanova area of Radnor township, we are currently replacing all the windows and shutters and prepping the site for a large garage addition to be built along with the existing garage converted into livable space. Look for pictures of progress to follow.
We are currently restoring all of the buildings at an over 125 year old estate, mixing keeping the original architecture in tact while using the newest and best materials available. We also are striving where possible to bring all structures energy usage down and to bring this beautiful old estate to a "greener" more eco- friendly era.
